Yesterday, We headed to MS after work for dinner at Xin Wang. Louise and Jillian + BF came with us. Satisfied my cravings my favourite noodles and milk tea.

We then headed to Suntec for the PC fair, but before that, we went to the CROCS sale in one of the ballrooms. We were queueing up to enter as there are alot of people. We got nearer and nearer to the entrance, and when we can see what's inside the room, the lights suddenly went off. We thought that there was a blackout. Apparently, I was leaning against the switch of the light, causing the darkness to come. But its not my fault hor... Its the person who designed the room. Haha..The person said so.. LOL

~~ Resignation~~

(With interesting moments to remember)

I've tendered my resignation. Happy to leave the co but cant bear to leave my operators. They are really a fantastic bunch of people.

1. Cheerful & young,
2. playful (at time which can really make me angry but can make me smile whole- heartedly too),
3. takes initiative (when they realise something is wrong, they tell me and not when i happen to find out),
4. helpful (esp when i needed their help).

I'm pretty sure that they dont do anything to the product to sabotage me. For the other group, Im not sure. I dont really care much either, because i'm leaving.

During my poly days, in the main committee of a club, my lecturer in charge always tell us: "The pillars of a building are the most important, it helps to keep the building stand. Without these pillars, the building would go "out of shape" and might even collapse."

Pillars of the company does not mean the top management, but the lowly paid workers - the operators. These are the people that are doing the work, as in MANUALLY doing the work. Without them, the company can might as well close down.

We always have to look after the lowest of the lowest in the co, as they are the most important people. They might not be easy to teach, their culture might be different from ours, their working style and attitude might not be right but they are still human. We got to treat them like one, and not like dogs or cows.

There's one time when I was so angry with one of the supervisors at my co, he called one of the China operators : "OEI!!", and the guy did not respond. The supervisor then commented that this guy have a problem with his attitude. I asked him why he call people like that and say they got attitude when they didnt even know he's calling them. .

He can even tell me: " Then what you want me to call him? Call him Sir?"

I told him off: " People got name right? And you dont even bother to know people's name and still dare say people got attitude??"

He kept quiet. He knew he was in the wrong and maybe thought that I was too bitchy to bother about something that wasnt my business. He was here in this co for over a year, till today, he still cannot be bothered to know each of the operator's name. He only know his favourites'.

"Production is KING." Liz, my Aussie lecturer would always say. I totally agree. You treat them well enough, no worries about sabotaging and that's ONE major worry gone.

Lately, I've been quite angry with one of the supervisor that came down from JB to help out with cleanliness of the production and warehouse. This guy came into my room, opened ALL the drawers and cupboard in my room without my permission and keep asking me questions like: " What is this? what is that? Who's is it? If its not yours, why dont you throw?". The wrong thing he did is to bother me while I'm super busy with my stuffs.

I was soooo damn irritated by him that I asked him in a rude tone: " Why are you here (in my co) for?"

" To look after the cleanliness of the warehouse and production"

" Then why dont you go in there and do instead of coming to my room and disturb me?"

" If its such a small room I cannot handle, how to handle such a big area?"

" But THAT's your priority, production and warehouse, NOT my room, right?"

" I thought you were sent over here because you are good in that??" (sarcastically). He looked shocked then he started to change the topic.

" How long have you been here?" He asked.

" What? How long? For what you want to know? If you really want to know, go ask HR la."

" I dont know how come you can be here, Your attitude is very bad."

" My attitude is bad ONLY towards YOU." I said angrily and he walked out.

WTF! You come into my room, disturb me while I'm busy and still say I got bad attitude. I've never quarrelled with ANYONE in this Company, you can go around asking people! The only people I scold in office are the production workers when they are really naughty. For fug I shout at you if you dont disturb me in the first place? Mad..

The 2nd thing he did was a funny one. He came into my room, took the whole file shelfing away and placed all the files into the new cupboard I've just bought. It was an empty cupboard with locks so that I can keep confidential and sensitive documents in there. But the shelves came in when I was soo busy doing QC testings and QA documentations at the same time, and I did not have time to transfer them.

He took the shelves and put it at the warehouse areas to keep their files. I was so shock beacuse its such a BIG thing and they actually took it out without telling me! It belong's to QA dept hor!!

I kept quiet and pretended nothing happen. I did not confront them asking them why they took it on that day but I went around complaining. It was really a funny situation la. I was telling the operators about it, they all laughed because its a BIG thing lei!! They then say: "Ok! Never mind, We'll help you bring it back later!"

The next morning, it was back in my room at its original state, files in there and other important files in the new cupboard as well! I locked the cupboard up and kept the keys. =)

The supervisor came in wanting to do something else, he looked shocked that the cupboard was back in my room. He asked me:" Eh? How come this is over here?"

" Oh, you know that this is suppose to be here in the first place?"

" Ya, but I've moved it out yesterday." Still having the shocked look.

" Ya, I brought it back into my room and do you know that its very rude for you to take other people's thing without their permission?"

" Ya i know, but you are busy what.." Still can tell me you know! Pui!!

" Ya, I busy, but this cupboard belongs to QA, not warehouse or production. So you should still ask me right?"

" Yes, I know I should ask you, but I need it urgently."

" Oh, if you need it urgently, you can go raise a PR and order one, it will be here within 3 days."

I was thinking to myself: Please la, how urgent can a shelf be? Its for files lei, and the files has been there since beginning of this year. And the best thing, till TODAY, no shelves are ordered. Urgent? Ha! My foot!

He then keep commenting on how bad my attitude is, etc.. Like as if I care how you look at me because You Fugging Idiot are wrong in the first place.

I then added on:" Do you know that if you were to asked me to give your the shelves yesterday, I would have given it to you?"

" Oh is it? Then if I were to ask you today, will you give it to me?"

" Of course not, why should I?"

" ya da ya da ya da..." Then here goes the "attitude problem" topic again..Didnt bother to listen much to him also, so I didnt know what he was talking.

Every single day that I'm still here, I'm not going to let you take advantage of me! Dont think just because my title is a Lab Tech and you are a Supervisor, I have to respect you. If you want my respect, Respect me first! Just dont understand how come people can abuse their authority so much. I believe in: " What goes around, comes around." I dont care what you say or do behind my back, because in future, some one will do the same thing back to you, and you wont know when..

Anyway, on the night before I went to KL, I went over to Sotong's place. This sweet boy planned a suprise for me. A candle light dinner =)

He cooked my favourite 五香肉丁 with spaghetti, with grapefruit,strawberry and birdnest champange drink and of course Birdnest cum chrysanthemum for dessert.

Not to forget, he gave me a bouquet of purple tulips, my fav colour and flower, 2 in 1. =)

No pics, because I never expect this to come, and my stupid phone's camera sucks. So no pics for this memorable moment.. sad..

The next day.... (01-03 May)

KL was so-so. Nothing much to shop, only stories to share.

1) Our dearest XY got married to her hubby and went on honeymoon the following monday. Nope, she do not know where she's going, as her hubby wants it to be a suprise for her. She will only know on the day se reaches the airport. so sweet =D

2) Ernie, the new Tai Zi, actually did 2 things that we will never forget.. The story begins..

On the first night, we (Cher, Ernie, William, Fong Fei, Li Jie, Sotong and me) played some games. Ms Neo and her friends joined us for a while but went back to the hotel as it was getting late. Sotong slept quite early and so the rest of us, excluding li Jie finished the whole bottle of Chivas we bought in KLIA DFS. We played true or dare and discovered many new secrets of each other, but what ever is on the table is left there. No other secrets should leave.

Anyway, Ernie drank quite abit and he got SUPER high. I believe he got a hangover he next day and when he woke up, he went to the toilet. Me and sotong were in the living room, watching tv.

Then suddenly, we heard a LOUD BANG, followed by some sound of water running and foot steps. So we knew Ernie is fine, and we continued to watch TV. The he came out from the toilet and we asked him what happened. He said the toilet bowl cover (the part where you flush) broke. Apparently, he was trying to fill up the water so that he can flush faster, (the stupid toilet bowl wasnt working well since the day we moved in) and he dropped it. It broke into pieces.

No room services, so the cleaners didnt get to check. We managed to check out without being charged. =X

On the second night, Ernie drank again. This time, we ended much earlier as all of us were tired as we had a long day. This guy woke up 4 hours later to vomit, he vomitted in the room, on the carpet and the BEST part: he opened he window and vomitted down -_-""

We stayed on the 7th storey by the way. Thank goodness it was raining when he vomitted and below, there is like a shelter, so no one kena his vomit. Terrible but it was funny though. haha..

03 May night..

My production supervisor went to pick me and sotong up from the airport after we came back from KL. He sent us back home to drop our stuffs and then bring us to Somerset MRT to meet up with our operators. We've all arranged to meet to have dinner at Sakura Buffet. Only 16 of us were there and the bill was split among the 2 of us. We wanted to treat the opeators as they've worked so hard for the STUPID rush delivery due to some STUPID IDIOT'S mistake. All of them worked till so late and tired. Its ok to give them good treats once in a while. Most of them are from china, and they are here to earn $$. We know they wont be spending such $$ for good food.. Some of them younger them me even have their own family to feed..

06 - 07 May

Attended the HACCP Internal Auditor course these 2 days organised by TUV SUD PSB. It was fun, got t know a number of people. There isnt alot of people in the class, I thought it was good as the trainer can give us more attention, easier to learn this way.

The trainer just so happened to be Eunice's ex boss. Me and Lijie find her very familiar initally but couldnt remember where we've seen her before. Then during break time, she same up to me and asked if we've met. Ha!! Then we realised that when Liz (our favourite aussie lecturer from RMIT) came over to SG for hols, she was there to send her back too. So we met at the airport! And she also recognised me as Sotong's girlfriend because she knew him during Eunice's wedding.
World so small..

The course was at Furama River Front hotel, and beside our room, there is a training course by Asia Pacific Brewery ---> you know, the Tiger beer company..

And I saw Hui Guang!! The guy i used to like during sec school days. During secondary, I was more brave and crazy la, so that time, i remember I went up to know him and also i did tell him before that I like him. mad la.. Those were the days. We seldom keep in touch. the last time i met up with him is when GP and I broke up. That was almost 3 years ago. Haa..So long liao..

08 May

Organised to meet up with Ting and the rest, but sadly, only Aimei and Me are able to make it, so we just went ahead to meet up with Ting. Hui say she tired, Fion got to study for exams and Hq say her eyes got infection, but nvm, HQ, you can read updates about Ting over here..hehe..

Her tummy getting bigger liao, she say she sometimes can feel her baby kicking her. No names in her mind yet. Ting wants to go 算 her baby chinese name but that is after she gives birth. Christian name, she said she didnt want anything complicated like Pheobe, because she dont know how to pronounce. haha..

Darren still wont be coming for good, the only thing he can do is to try to come back once a month. His mum seems ok with Ting having a baby girl.. Just treated Ting normally, not those extremely nice la.. So far, she seems happy la, so still not that bad..hehe..

09 May

Went to Bugis with Sotong, walked around Iluma, the new shopping centre there, but totally boring. nothing to shop/see/buy. Dont think we'll go there again. Boring.

Went over to Sim Lim and I got an MP5!! Those china brands are really much cheaper. Mine is 4GB and its $99. Able to add Micro SD card into it for external memory too. Basic functions la, but I like because its cheap, hugh memory and also, its slim. I was soo tempted to buy the fake I-phone look alike lo!! Its sooo cheap and cute!

I used to not even look at these phones.. that time, my supervisor said something that really make sense.. when we buy a phone, we pay like $500 + for 1 and when we wanna trade in, its like only worth $100, there goes our $400+. So might as well just buy a $100+ mobile and we can even change it every year. It too contains the function of the basic phone, and additional functions like TV. Maybe my next phone would be something that cheap too..

I saw alot of lappies, those small and very light plus portable ones. I like the size, the colour and most importantly, its Windows XP! My current is Vista, hate it to the core. Its giving me sooo many problems. Want to sell it off but it only worths about $400? I bought it at 2k plus.. *heartache*

Those that i saw are quite affordable, less than $800. I'm going to wait for the IT fair this coming June, to see if its cheaper or maybe more freebies? heh heh.. In the meantime, I'm going to find a way to get rid of my retarded PINK Vaio Lappie.. *evil grins*

~~Happy, still hoping~~

Typed a post, but it was deleted. Duhz.. Anyway, I had a shocked this morning. One of my favourite operator who came back from MC told me something that made my legs went soft. Now, I'm just hoping that everything is ok.

My eye lid is almost back to normal =) I dont feel a thing when I blink, so my contacts are on again..heh heh heh...

Its going to be the most hectic week I've ever worked in my whole working experience. Yes i know, its still a long way to go before I can experience something else. Anyway, The whole week, I need to tahan till I go KL on Friday to attend our AKUYU QUEEN'S wedding =)

Time really flies. It was last year when her Brian proposed to her and next week, she's formally going to be 许太. Hehe.. and Brian is going to upgrade his status to be AKUYU KING. Really happy for them =D

Just to clarify, its not that I have nothing to do at work, its just that I need a little time to de-stress. Having a slight headache and have been coughing since last week. Drowing myself with herbal tea that my dearest bought for me, but its not enough. Panadol extra is in my bag just in case my headache becomes unbearable. I think I am able to claim day off because I work on sat and sun. I wanna take a day on the following week after I come back from KL. Seriously, I need a break.


I feel irritated today because of my eye lid. Every time i blink my eye, i can feel it. Nope, not pain or itchy. It just feel uncomfy, its feels like something is there. Actually, its a little painful when i press it. Got to wear specs to work due to long hours, I dont want to tired my eyes. My operators keep laughing at me wearing specs, saying they "kan bu shuang". duhz...

Haiz, beary tired... *yawnz*

~~Stoning~~

Terrible. Stoning now. My right eye lid is now swollen. Too heaty I think. Worked till 5am last night. I've never worked for consecutively for 21 hours and had to go back to work at 9. Basically, I just slept for 2 hours plus and here I am, back at work. Too tired to have lunch though its lunch time now. Got to send some samples out before going back home.

Ok, I'm really stoning now.gotta prepare to leave. *yawnz*

Terrible. Really terrible. Have to work till very late EVERYDAY until next wed. Weekends burnt. Even this post is done in office. Went back at 11 plus last night. Let's see what time i can go back today...

Yesterday was fun. We went for photo taking with Jacky and his friends. So damn stressful man, all 4 Professional photographers with 2 super not professional models. It was kinda fun but tiring la! There was a few times that when Sotong and I were posing, 4 of them started to take pics. And even strangers took pics of us posing -_-". Maybe they thought we are those stars but yet to be famous. Haha!! Sorry guys, these "stars' will NEVER be famous. Wasted your space in your digi cam liao. haha..

We went to Tea chapter with the Uni gang, even our newly appointed Prince-To-Be Ernest and our future Da-Lao-Ban(big boss) came and join us. Chatted from 2 plus to about 7 plus. 5 hours of non-stop chattings. haha..Thats what gals do when we gather after so long. I haven seen them since last month. Kinda long, so got alot of things for them to update me. Its really a nice place to be, so peaceful and relaxing. Got tea to drink some more and also learn the tea culture. Dont mind going there again. =)

Its been so long since I enjoyed so much. For many weekends, Sotong and i did not go out. We stayed home and 'nua" alot. Its unhealthy I know, but weekdays has been too tiring for myself that I really didnt feel like going out. I just wanna relax, replenish my sleeping time that I've been lacking of. Just that sadly, the weather in SG is so hot. If not i believe my sleep would be more of a quality one instead of quantity.

Ok, got to get back with my work. Hate it when I have to bring work home to do. Just hope that the audit is over soon. Haiz..

Anyway, Updates of what I've been doing lately. Actually, also nothing much, haha.. Been going in and out JB for the past 1 week. Had to get over with my training that was planned for me. Of course its not enough! The GMT(graduate management trainee) have to take about 2-3 years finishing this training, Attachment students take 3 - 6 months. So how am i going to finish and learn everything in a week??? Its the same training plan as them. Its as good as memorising everything. Haha..and I got to write a report by the end of it. I'll try to siam as much as possible as usual.



Oh, I've got this interesting newS!!



Well, thats to me la, Remember Andrew Lim from Under One Roof? He acted as Paul, the geek eldest brother? He has converted to a Jew! Ok, I know that was last year's news, I just got to know it recently. Its not the part where he converted to Jew thats shocking to me, is that He's the only person who is able to witness and certify the Kosherization process in the whole SEA! Im shocked that this process that is done is my JB plant was certified by him! Its not a tough process actually. If im not wrong, all you need is to ensure that all Raw Materials are Kosher certified, and the process? Just run hot water of 85 degree celcius through pipes and machines that is used to produced these products! Cool ya?



Got alot of training coming up for me. Well, my boss think im too inexperience to handle alot of things, and im too not qualified to do alot of things. Training helps, certification is what I'm looking for to put into my portfolio. Looks nice ma.. We'll see what he plans for me, im not sure too. Just praying that Im still able to go to NZ for my long time postponed trainings. Haha.. I think Im mad, I dont know why but i just LOVE trainings..maybe its time to get away from the usual routine work and learn something new, apply it to work and the cycle goes on and on..



Oh ya, I've changed my boss, did i tell anyone that? I like him alot cause he can make alot of decisions straight away and tell me the answer i asked. I like.. Very technical person. He's actually my operations manager. But who cares, Im currently happy being under him, at least for now. He's also a GMT last time, and managed to climb up to this far..



Whats GMT??

As mentioned before, its Graduate Management Trainee. These people are employed to be in a program set up by my company. This program is interesting. I dont know for other fields, but for the food science/technology, these graduates are suppose to go into different related departments for about 6 months each. The dept includes R&D, QA, Production etc.. any dept that is related to what we study. so this programs would take about 2 to 3 years to complete the training. After completing the trainings, these people would need to have a presentation to the whole management on what they have learnt etc. If they pass the presentation, they are able to move onto the next stage. Its not easy to do presentation infront of the whole management ok...damn stressful. If in production, even worse. they would be super busy till they hardly have time to prepare. Anyway, after finishing the whole training, they are able to choose which dept they like to go, of course with the agreement from the management, to see if you suit being in the dept anot. then within 5 to 7 yearsof their employment, they are able to move to the management level. If not, there is something wrong with their performance that the management dont like it.



Super interesting right? But its super stress too. Too bad this program only applies in other sites but not SG. Maybe cause still new la this plant, so dont have.Its the first plant that my company has every acquired besides setting up the sales office here la. Those who are able to get through this program are really going to be a successful person!! My president for Asia Pacific is also one of them =)

Got to go back there on Thurs when the rest come back to work on monday (2nd feb). Got audit ah!!!! Haiz...damn stress when audits are coming. When one day im not stress over audits, it means that my plant is super duper good. I'm really waiting for this day, because its going to be very meaningful to me ;)

Ok, I smell something burning!! It does not smell like the normal incense burning, it smells like something's burning! Like fireworks or anything with gun powder. It stinks like hell!! Anyway, I wanna log off. Sick of surfing the net for the time being. Heh Heh.. Tata!!

~~Training~~~

Been going to and fro JB these few days, its going to take the whole week. Tired but quite happy to leave the production area for a while. I think by the end of the whole training, I would need to write a report on everything I've learnt, Just like in school days.

Sometimes I think, its really a blessing in disguise that my group mate in Uni (the QA group that I used to complained ALOT) made me do almost the whole QA manual, but now, I think my manual is in good use, just copy and paste those i think is relevant. Save alot of time on finding what is this and that, at least my new boss and I are on the same level in terms of HACCP. The lucky part is that the flow chart over here dont require symbols.

Yes, my new boss. Now that my company wants its to be like a One-Stop Centre (this reminds me of TP days..), the whole south east asia plant are centralised, and my boss now is from JB, which i thought makes it easier for me to settle things. At least I got a person to go to when I cant solve things.

Theres alot of training for me this year, those intensive ones, plus alot alot of pressure as i believe that my KPI would be a whole long long list. Its ok, I'll wait. I believe these trainings are going to help me alot in my work and career. I can see my career path being set up for me, but just that its going to be a real tough road along the way. Haiz, I just want my pay to match the amount of work I have to do.

Enough of work, Now, i cant wait for BKK trip!!!! I'm sooo excited lo! My Sotong's birthday is coming, so is Fred's, then Huiqi, then our BKK trip, then Fion, then MINE!!!!!!!!!! yeah!!! So many feb babies. Feb is a good month to give birth. Heh heh...

Ok, got to go back to my HACCP liao..still a long long way to goooooooo....

Sad, my long weekend doesnt seem to turn out good for me. Feel feverish and have sorethroat and coughs. Hate it. Heatiness level increasing!! I wish I feel better before i go to JB for my seminar. Holidays are planned ahead!! Busy busy busy..

Having an audit by a customer this coming tues (9th), going off to JB on Wed for a 1.5 days seminar on Thurs and Fri, flying off to Melb on Sat(13th) for my graduation and back to work on 24th Dec, i hope its a half day for my company. On leave on 26th for Huiqi's wedding. Hehe...

FLying off to Auckland, NZ on the 13 to 25th January for my postponed training, 26-27th is CNY!!! and will be on compulsory leave on 28 to 30th. Which means I dont have to go back office for 3 whole weeks!!

Dearest Sotong's birthday plus mine plus V day!! Going to BKK on the 19-23rd with Aimei & Malvin, Meihui & Francis and Fion & Stanley. Cant wait for that!!!

Thats all planned for now. No more going on trips for the rest of next year, too broke liao..

My President rejected my application to NZ. Feelings? I kinda feel glad, relieved. I dont know why. Maybe cause the stress level decreased. Everything is in a rush that Im very lost and confused. I've told my boss to postpone it till after my confrimation if possible. I do hope he postpone it first..

My production supervisor told me that my boss wants to sent me to Aussie for training, I thought it was just a plan.

My boss told me the next day that he wants to send me to Aussie for training, I thought its just a proposal and wasnt confirmed.

Few days later, my boss came into my room and asked: " Did you bring your passport?" my mind was like " am I going in JB now, I just went in with you last week.."

I said:" No lei" giving him the confused look.

He then said: "Ok, then you will be flying off to Aussie in 2 weeks time"

Me:"HUH?? So fast confirmed already??"

He: "Yup, would there be any problem for you?"

Me:"Nono..Im ok.." Happy yet scared

Initialy, I thought I was going to Sydney, well, even my boss thought so, cause that's what he've proposed. But my Aussie boss thought I'm going to NZ, so after clearing the misunderstanding, yup, Confirmed im going to NZ.

I cant wait to go Auckland, NZ next sunday! Very excited but yet scared at times. I thought its scary to travel alone to a place heard but never been before. But Im really glad that my boss actual proposes this idea to the management, allowing me to show what i can do for this company. In Auckland, the company is actually doing wet sauces and also some batters, coatings and marinades, very similar to what my co is doing, so the training is some how related. Hope the 2 weeks of training would help me gain much experience and exposure.

I think, ever since I've started my workin life 4 years ago, this job is one that allows me to learn much much more in a really short time of 2 months? I've learnt to set up a new QA lab, SOPs, finding quotes for new equiments, learning production, getting to know these people etc.. All these, although not yet 100% completed, are being forced to go into my head and set the piorities right. Of course I'm not alone, I too do need helps. My 2 bosses are there to help me, my local boss and my Aussie boss. Colleagues from JB QA Dept, the Technical Manager, the Penang R&Ds and not to forget my SG colleagues! I'm realy glad I came into this co, though i used to HATE it ALOT. Its not the co actually, its more like the work. I dont fancy QC jobs. But with these wonderful colleagues, Im glad =)

In this co, I feel appreciated, my presence is known to alot of people in JB, Penang when I've never met them before. Some would come down to SG to settle some stuffs and then come up to me and said: " You must be Isabella, I'm _____, nice to meet you."

Im like " Hi, blah blah blah blah.." with alot of question marks going through my head, thinking who are they, where they are from and what position are they.

I think I'm well known in the IT dept now, in the bad way. I've complained a few times to the IT people that my com is going to crash, its starting to show blue screen!! But the ICT people just refuse to give me a new PC because i dont have a network point in my office and will only do it after CNY. Yes, my office got no internet, no phone line! Everytime when I need to do some stuffs, I need to go to office and print, scan, use internet to check my mail, or even worse, i need to make calls using my handphone as I really cant afford to leave the lab. How irritating!!

But its going to be over soon. My complain to my bosses, to the JB Technical Manager, pratically to EVERYONE I see in office, worked! I think my boss and Technical manager brought it up to the management during meeting and WAH LAAAAAA!!!, the IT manager was told immediately to come down to SG (oh, our internet server is in MY) to start doing the network point. Yup, they came down yesterday to start looking at the layout.

Seriously, I do feel bad, because I didnt want them to feel that I complained that they are not doing their work, it not that they didnt do, its more like they dont understand the importance of me needing a computer and internet. Even in emails to whoever, I will just tell them that I do not have any access to internet and thats why i replied their mails slow, I can only check it on weekends, yes, thats at home! I cant live without a computer at work, I will just die immediately! no computer means I cant input all my datas, cant create forms for the operators to fill to protect their own butt (and mine of course), cant even do my reports!!

I just dislike some eople in my co who take people's help for granted. You want me to help you do something, I'm ok. But all i need was some reminder but you just refused? Giving me excuses like : oh, i wont be free.

Shit la, a sms wont take you more then 5 minutes unless you really cant understand english or cant even see properly. duhz..so selfish! Help you? I'll decide again, see if i realy do remember anot.

New Job, New Beginning, New stress............... ~Lost and Confused~

Phew!! After days of job hunting, I finally got another job that requires me to do lab work! I've already left my previous co on tues and started this new job on wed. Tiring, no time to have a little break. Haiz..

But at least this job is what im kinda interested in. Lab! Doing QA/QC jobs. Though my jobscope does include R&D, I was also hoping to do it asap. I;ve been going through files, packing and finding stuffs. I dont know what Im finding, only taking interest in those documents that I would think is important to me. I'm the on QA/QC person here, just hope that they are looking into finding more people to help me, but i know that wouldnt be anytime soon. My boss told me that they will get people when I cant breathe anymore. Hahaha..Lets hope its soon then...

I'm happy, because I'm back to my jeans n t-shirt dressing. Heee...Hate wearing formal clothes, but then hor, I think I'm beginning to feel lazy about dressing up. Poor eyes of Sotong's, gotta bear with that for a while, erm.. maybe forever. LOL.. *pat pat Sotong's head*

Ok, Got to go back to work! Do what?? I dont know. Keep looking through the documents till i see something interesting. Ha!

Lately, I've been complaining ALOT. I really cant take it anymore!!

Friends all know about this: I HATE MY JOB!!!!!!!

Damn! I'm soo going to resign soon! I expect to learn more from this job, but i cant. I wanna make use of my degree, i wanna use whatever knowledge I've gained from my studies and apply it into my work, but I cant do it here. And the worse part, I somehow feel tat no one is helping me in the office. They are great at playing Tai Qi, and as well as saying: HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW??

WTF!! If you work for so long and you dont know, then HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW, YOU BLARDY IDIOT?? Some people are such and idiot. I've to like settle almost everything! THEY KNOW NOTHING! Sigh..

Another best part, I kena from a customer whom I DIDNT DO THAT SALES, but because of the wrong printing of the expiry date on the carton box, he told me off. Well, at least he was nice enough to tell me what i shouldnt do, because he knows that im not the one selling to him. Haiz, i hate this job. So useless. I think I've think it over, I'm leaving this Co even i dont have a job.

I'm just so willing to get a lower paid job, just to gain experience. Pray hard..

Anyway, my lovely Sotong is back. Hee..so happy. Spend the whole of sat and sun with him. Miss him soo much.. Went to Toh Guan to shop for my divan set and i bought it! yeah! and guess the colour of it?? HAHA!!! WRONG!! its not pink..its red..hehe. Chilli Red =)

And a cupboard, i haven get it but am thinking of buying it. Its black. Dont care la, no one is going to bother how my home is also, mis match colours doesnt bother me at all. HA!

Ok, going to find a cosy place to continue day dream and think about what i want. Hee..Tata!!

~~Revamp~~

I wanna do something to my room. I wanna get a cupboard for clothes and a bed frame. Daddy has already brought my computer downstairs in the living room, now its time for me to go shop for my stuffs! Cant wait! I'm going to get rid of he bed-head and my current wardrobe, and put 2 new ones in there. I need one that is big enough so that i cant put all of my clothes in there, if there are empty spaces, I'll get more new clothes ;)

Nahz, Im not going to get pink stuffs, maybe white or black. But seriously, i dont really care if they match my room colour or each other, I'll just get what i like, who cares about matching colours anyway? No one's going to come in my room. Its not for show. Ha!

Tomorrow is going to be a GREAT day.Haha!! Boss is not around, he went for overseas trip till Friday and its going to be Xiu Hua's last day in the Co, sad =( She's the gal i'm taking over..From Tues, Im going to be all alone. haiz.. but anyway, tomorrow, we are going to have steamboat for lunch. hehe..cant wait!

~~Updates~~

This is my first post ever since i came back from Aust. Yes, Im back in SG already.hehe..

I'm very happy because i can get to see all my friends and also Sotong. Missed him so much, but sadly, he will be in US since Sun till next Sat. 2 weeks of not having him around. Missing him so much =( but thank God, I've still have friends around me that will accompany me. hehe..

I've too got a job, working as Technical Sales Executive in a cheese company, and its already my 2nd week. I'm lucky because I went for interview the next day(2/07/08) after i came back from Aust and was offered immediately. I wanted to start yesterday, but my boss was kinda impatient, so i had to bring it forward, so not much time to rest actually.

I've got my results yesterday too. Kinda happy with it. Got 1 Dist and 3 High Dist =)
I've now formally passed with a BSc on hand, but heck la, no one looks at results anyway..duhz..

Haiz..Im missing Melbourne, missing sotong.. =(

~~Time to say Goodbye~~

This is the last post Im going to blog from Melbourne. Leaving on the plane at 330pm later (1st july). Its so sad to leave this place, lots of memories although its only a short one year, its really and extraordinary, priceless experience (well, not really priceless la..lol) Time really flies, I still remember last year around this time, I'm still preparing to come over here, worrying if my Visa would be approved etc, and its also my last day at Setsco. ha!

Over here in Melbourne,I've made many friends from many countries, but usually would hang out with the usual few. I'm so glad that during this trip, I've not only had my wish come true, by studying in RMIT, but also know who are true friends who are willing to help me when Im in need or in doubt, I've known the best lecturer I've ever had in my entire study life, and most importantly, I've known God even better.

Im so happy that this route is planned for me, and it all happens for a reason. Melbourne is such a wonderful city and i do hope that I can stay here, but I also know its impossible. Hehe.. But well, Im also glad to be back in SG, hugging and cuddling with Sotong, meeting up with friends etc..

SG, here i come!!

Just came back from diner at Papa Gino's at Lygon, together with Liz (my meat lecturer), Ella & Ben ( Her kids), Xinyi, Cher and Sam. We wanted to treat her just before we leave Melbourne.

She is the best lecturer i ever had. Someone who is willing to sacrifice her health, her sleep, her time just to listen to you. She makes sure you understands what she is teaching, ensures that her power point slides are interesting, willing to extend date lines for you if you have a valid reason, patient. But only thing, she is a real tough marker. haha..But im fine with that, because at least when she teaches, i understand deep deep. Love her to bits.

I teared when we left her just now, so hard to say goodbye to such a nice lecturer. I'm sooo gonna miss her alot. haiz..

OMG! Its over! I've graduated from RMIT (i hope)!! I cant finish my paper today. Just aim for a credit for this paper la...

I've gained something, and lost something as well.. We'll see when time comes.

Last paper tomorrow and I've graduated! YIPPEEEE.. Wow, there are loads of things i wanna do when i go back SG and i cant wait! Going to have wonderful steamboat tomorrow after my paper. hehe..

I will definitely miss Melbourne alot, especially the weather. Though i always complain cold cold cold, but then, its still slightly better then SG's weather. And life here is really nice and relaxing. If only i could get PR here. But too bad la, no chance.haha..

Usual Sunday, went to Church in morning, then went to walk around with XY, and bought a top for interview. But cant find any bottoms, so gave up and went back home. I'm suppose to STUDY now but just feel tooo lazy. haiz...

My poor sotong have been sick since Wednesday. Sorry dear, cant be there to look after you..love you much!!

Having meat exams on Tues and a week from then, I'll be in my flight back to SG. YEAH!! Cant wait..hehe..

Its been over a month and still no interview. Im back to the "finding jobs" phase. Been applying for almost all those that i could apply, only a few got back to me. He asked if i could go down for interview this week but haiz..he then replied saying that he would be interviewing more people this and next week and only if he could not find anyone suitable, he will ask me down for interview.SAD!

As if!!! Cant wait for my exams to be over and I'll be back in SG withing 20 days!!! Yippee!!

My head is now all about dairy, colour and GMP. Duhz...This friday is my first battle out of 4. The battle: SENSORY. Wish me luck everyone! haha..

Includes colour and all those ANOVA thingy. But damn heng, VERY LITTLE calculations. HATE maths to the core----> because im bad at it. HEEE...

Anyway, I've heard of the story about one of my peers, whom Hazel claimed that i know him, but i dont remeber. Anyway, He's from TP, ITAS (should be in the AS). He recently got ROM with another girl whom he dated for 5 yrs, since poly, and this girl is also from AS. I think she's from food science. Anyway, this girl recently got a job at Bread Talk doing QC, and claims she work 7 days a week due to her busy schedule. And because of that, she decided to cancel off her wedding, even though dinner restaurants all these haven been booked.

This poor guy is not in SG right now, but this girl decides to annul her marriage whether he agree or not. Yes, within a year of ROM, you can do that. BUT FOR FUCK?!!!?!? I dont know the real reason why she decides to do that, but the main thing is: FOR FUCK U AGREE TO HIS PROPOSAL IN THE FIRST PLACE??? duhz..

*phew* Ji Dong.. But i just cant stand such people la! ok, I dont blame her if the guy have some one else or something soo serious happened after the marriage that she cant take it. but if its not, CAN TALK DE LO! DUHZ..

Haha..i dont! but the dream i had few nights ago is a true one. Not totally la.

I dreamt that I was back in SG, at home. Then my brother brought a girl back and announced: This is my girlfriend. She has long hair, her name starts with "M" and is someone my sister knows.

Wahaha.. I was talking to my mum today in the afternoon, and she told me that my brother have a gf, for about a month liao. She wanted to suprise me when i come back in july, but she forgot that my bro wont be in SG anymore. Haha.. Her name is Joanne, and her surname is Wong.. Well, at least if the "M" in my dream is inverted, it becomes "W" wahahah..close la..hehe.. Nope, my sis dont know her. I told my mum about my dream, and she kept laughing, i told her its brother and sister's telepathy. haha..

ok..enough of blogging, got to go back study liao. Gambate!!

Been watching this show: 翻滾吧！蛋炒飯 (Rolling Love) lately on Crunchyroll. haha..cant study, so watched this show. I think its one of the latest? Not sure, its popular in CR, so try try la. yaya, Taiwan show again, its funny..heh heh..I love this guy from Fahrenheit (Fei Lun Hai), nono, not Wu Zhun (i duno y so many gals go crazy over him) but Wang Dong Cheng (Jiro)!! I love his acting ever since i saw Hana Kimi(Taiwan), the show with Wu Zhun and S.H.E's Ella.

Been sinfully online shopping these days. Not very into study.haha..and i bought 2 pairs of contact lens from LJ spree! Hiak hiak hiak.. 1 brown, 1 black. Natural ok liao, if nice, then might try wilder colours like grey, or even those with hearts, or stars pictures in it!! Wahahaha...I think that Sotong is NOT going to look into my eyes again if i get those.. Hehehe..Right, dear?? *Threatening look*

Well, the colour is not as Kua Zhang la, not VERY black or brown, i hope. hehe..


Was wondering if I should get this as well. Haha..looks like those shui wang wang (teary) types of eyes. Is the Brown or Grey nicer??? Comments please???

I cant wait to go back SG!! YEAH!! hehe..cant wait for my exams to be over as well..but have to start working liao. So sian. Been looking for jobs lately, send out a number of resumes, but no one contacted me =(

Actually, got 1. From an agency. He called my SG number. It took him a while to realise that I'm in Melbourne, not SG. I tried to tell him a few times, but i dont know why he didnt get it. Here's part of the Conversation:

He:" Ermm..the job you applied is in Woodlands and you staying in Tampines, you sure you are ok with it?"

Me:" Yea. why not? My previous jobs are in the west. And i guess, the industry i want to work in are all in the west, so im fine with it."

He: "Oh, i see... Then you have been working till June 2007, so what have you been doing till date?" (OBVIOUSLY he didnt read my resume!! -_-"")

Me: " I'm studying, I came over to Aust to further my studies"

He:" Oh, i see.. Study what? Advance Diploma?" ( DIAOZ....)

Me: " Erm, no? I'm taking my Bachelor in Food Science."

He: "Oh..ok.. So,if you were to get the job in this company, how would you get there?" (Do agents ask such questions??)

Me: "Erm.. i will take either bus or MRT, depends which is faster lo."

He: "oh! Bus is faster! You can take 168 from...blah blah blah... I used to stay in Tampines, and i thought bus is faster to Woodlands as the bus uses the expressway."

Me:" Oh, ok. Thanks you." (cant stop laughing man!)

He: "So how do i contact you since you are in Aust? Oh wait! you are in Aust!! and Im calling your SG mobile" (Wa piangz.. I want to hit my head on the wall)

Me:" Ermm, yea, i brought my SG number over here."

He:" Wa, okok, then better not talk so much, very expensive. So i will help you apply this job, and will contact you if there is any news. ok?"

Me: " Yup. Sure. Thank you. Bye.."

He: "Bye"

It was already 16 minutes worth of call lo!! Still say dont talk so much. Duhz..ok, shall not blame him, since he's helping me. haha..

Just finished watching that series. So sad.. Its about a girl called Aya Kito, she wrote a diary about her life after she found out that she was suffering from Spinocerebellar ataxia when she was only 15 years old!! and so sadly, she only managed to live up to 25 years old. Its a true story... and a real sad one.. Kept crying man! Now i know why people say that its nice..Its really touching.. sigh..

I've just finished watching "Why Why Love", by Rainie Yang. Quite a nice show, but only for those who likes Taiwanese Idol Dramas.. Im not crazy over these stars la, just that i feel very relax watching these shows, because of their exaggerating facial expressions. I always love the part where the guy express his love to someone who dont like him. In almost every Taiwanese drama sure have. And sometimes, you can really laugh your head off *mine still intact of course*.


Oh ya, there's a new pedestrian bridge call Alexandra Arch right? I wanna go there man, seems like a nice place, especially at night!! Like very romantic sia... EH Fred!! you promised to bring me there one ah! heh heh.. Ok, want to talk to Sotong liao.heh heh..TATA!!

The Xiao Xiong Biscuits is chestnut flavour..those who know me knows I actually love the roasted chestnuts sold in SG. YUMMY!! Haven open the biscuit also, so not sure if its nice.hehe..

Im going home in 46 Days!!!!!!!! Yippee!!! CAnt wait to touch down SG man, but I sure cant bear to leave Melbourne as well. So much fun over here..and so good friends i've made..haiz.. But i too cant wait to meet up with my friends in SG as well!!

Another 2 weeks of lessons, then im free of lessons for the rest of my life! No more being a full time student. My last chance already...Working life sucks man..But i think Exams sucks more..heh heh..
