Nice right?? Very interesting process!! I felt stupid standing in front of the workers and watching them do the sweet and they even let us try!!
Believe it anot, the Yellow on the left use to be the one on the right! they actually pulled it against a hook for a few times and the colour changes!For the white, they pulled more times.. Every thing initially was like the yellow and purple on the right. Only 2 colours involved!
Making into a long long piece then cutting it into a few pieces then combining them. like how you make you tiao.

Making the interior of the skin- White
See the different colours? Black is the seed, Yellow is the flesh, White is the interior of the skin and purple is the exterior!
Its so soft that they pull it from a big chunk
Its cut into strips like this.
Finish product!! sorry, cant get a clearer picture of that. I asked if they do sell in strips like this, they say no as its too brittle. they do customise but the price is A$350 for the 13kg of sweet. Tooth decay coming up.
